I'll join!!! I wanna lose 25 pounds by Christmas! That would be great! How are you doing it?
Im doing weight watchers, but I also watch my sodium intake. Plus I am walking everyday, and aiming to run before its over0 -
I'm so in on this one.
My starting weight is 198.4
My Christmas goal is 175 or less....
23.4 pounds in 92 days breaks down to 1/4 pound a day.0 -

I would love to join. I find that it is really important to have specific goals around the holidays as it helps me from being tempted by all the goodies at that time of year.
My current weight is 133 lbs and my goal is to lose 4 pounds by Xmas and be at 129 lbs.0 -

Im currently doing 30ds (on day 14), im also going to start couch to 5k today. Once I have finished 30ds Im going to move onto another of her dvds-not sure which one yet though0 -

I know that sounds a lot, but I did put on 14lbs in the last 4 weeks!! My intention was to get to around 120 so I could compete in the next weight category down in TKD!! But I put it on Whoops xxx0 -

If you are not confident in running just yet, try lunging when you are walking, taking longer steps!! you can feel it work your gluts and the backs of your legs xxx0 -
Count me in. I'm starting at 195 with a goal to get to 175 by Christmas. I'm doing Power 90 Master and P90X.

I know what you mean...I had put on 10 lbs since April...I was down to 183..sucked lol...But I think these challenges kind of keep us on track...Lets see how we do

i'd like to lose 15 lb by christmas, so if i'm 175 now, i'd be thrilled if i were 160 in 3 months! my goal is to be able to do a full 5k at a decent pace by then! my eating's still kinda . when we change our picture, should it be the entire body, or can it just be the face? also hoping that my boobs and thighs and butt would shrink in the next 3 months .0

I'm in! SW: 165 CW: 163 GW: 145.... I would like to lose at least 10 by Christmas. This is always a good time of the year for me to set a goal. Keeps me on track during the holidays.0

I'm in. I was 144.8 this morning. I'm aiming for an average of a pound a week, so 133 by Christmas. This will be especially challenging for me as I'm moving cross-country in the middle of this so my exercise & food routines will be cattywhompis while I'm doing it. But hey - that's life, right?0

Wow...Very close to Christmas...And 40 isn't old...you look alot younger than that though0 -
I'm in, because I want to help support people, but also because I actually do this solo every year, I tell myself I want to give myself abs for Christmas and it usually works, so rewarding! It's the best present you can give yourself having a bit of leeway to actually lose before big eating times and not feel 100% (okay only some guilt) during all of it. I would like to lose my last 8 lbs by then and I'd love to cheer everyone else on too.
