Yes please let us start on Oct. 2nd that is a Sunday. How does everyone want to do this....just as we currently do it, just post on our page once a day, then add up total by the end of Saturday to conclude the week.. We all realize that this is on the honor system & that some may exercise every day & others choose to work with day (s) off in between. Does not matter what ya do as long as we add up on Saturday to 5000 cals burned or our best attempt.
Does this sound resonable to everyone? Let me & the rest of the crew know what we are doing.

Funny thing is I thought this challenge was going to put a lot of strain on me but all I did was added a morning brisk walk with the kids to my regular 60 minute cardio and it has been over 1,000 calories everyday. I definitely in!0

I do a spin class 3x/week that burns at least 1,000 calories/class - so I plan on continuing with my spin classes.
I also run 3x/week, road bike, do yoga, and lift weights 2x/week.0 -

I am totally in. It comes out to something like 714 calories to burn a day. That sounds awesome! I definitely want that. I'm in! :happy:0

I'll participate again this month. I attained my weight loss goal last month. So, I will not be focusing so much on weight loss again. However, I would like to keep up the calorie burning pace in order to maintain my new weight range. With the change in weather and fewer daylight hours, I probably won't rack up as many calories as I did last month.
