    Funny thing is I thought this challenge was going to put a lot of strain on me but all I did was added a morning brisk walk with the kids to my regular 60 minute cardio and it has been over 1,000 calories everyday. I definitely in!

    omg. this is hella ambitious. i woudnt even know where to start! what is everyone planning to do?

    I do a spin class 3x/week that burns at least 1,000 calories/class - so I plan on continuing with my spin classes.

    I also run 3x/week, road bike, do yoga, and lift weights 2x/week.

    Count me in! Wish I could count Saturday, tho... I did 17.2 miles on my bike - on rolling hills! Yikes...

    I am totally in. It comes out to something like 714 calories to burn a day. That sounds awesome! I definitely want that. I'm in! :happy:

    I'll participate again this month. I attained my weight loss goal last month. So, I will not be focusing so much on weight loss again. However, I would like to keep up the calorie burning pace in order to maintain my new weight range. With the change in weather and fewer daylight hours, I probably won't rack up as many calories as I did last month.
