    I will try to make up for last week thins week that way I can catch up.... so this week I guess I will try 10,000 calories.... lol I am going to try to work very hard this week, so on average I should burn about 715 calories/ day x 2 (for the make up work) = 1430 calories per day.

    Week 1:
    Monday (10/03): 661 (90 min. doubles tennis; 18 min. walking)
    Tuesday (10/04): 1403 (60 min. Cardio HipHop Class; 60 min. Pump it Up Class; 35 min. running; 53 min. walking )
    Wednesday (10/05): 583 (70 min. (13 miles) bicycling outside; 18 min. walking)
    Thursday (10/06): 1223 (60 min. Cardio HipHop Class; 60 min. Pump it Up Class; 37 min. (3.2 miles) running; 18 min. walking)
    Friday (10/07): 1152 (60 min. Zumba Toning Class; 60 min. Zumba Class; 35 min. (3.5 miles) elliptical
    Saturday (10/08): REST!
    Sunday (10/09): 857(54 min. (5.2 miles) running; 46 min. (2.8 miles) walking)

    Total for the week: 5,879 calories burned and 4 pounds lost!! :o)

    Been crazy busy and kind of forgot to post updates. Here are my totals for last week:

    Sunday: 1,897 - 26 mile road bike
    Monday: 1,276 - spin class
    Tuesday: 571 - 2.25 mile run and yoga class
    Wednesday: 514 - 2 hours of cleaning
    Thursday: 1,180 - 10 mile bike ride and 35 minutes weight training
    Friday: 400 - working JHS concession stand for 4.5 hours
    Saturday: 357 - 10 minutes of moving furniture and 31 minutes weight training
