    I totally slacked yesterday and today. I need to step it up tomorrow! Hopefully between all the house-cleaning and my DVDs, I can hit my goal!

    Hi. I logged 5463 calories burned this week, mostly on my elliptical machine but also from yardwork, carpentry, slow walking (shopping), and light housework. I was doubtful about my ability to do this challenge at first but I can see now that it's achieveable for me and worthwhile. Best of luck to the rest of you.

    Okay, Friday I managed 2 walks, burned off: 374 cals
    Saturday: 672 cals burned
