    Haven't been able to do much exercising this week, I hurt my calf knee and groin last flag football game..getting really frustrating. :sad: next week i so got it

    monday 09/26/11 burned 898 calories doing a multitude of things: cleaning 25 mins., frisbee 20 mins, wii fit free step 10 mins, jogging 1 mile for 12 mins, wii fit rythm boxing 24mins, and aerobics high intesity 28 mins.

    tuesday 09/27/11 burned: 794 calories doing wii fit rhythm boxing for 26 mins and aerobics - low impact for 75 mins

    wed. 09/28/11 burned 807 calories doing wii fit boxing and walking

    thurs. 09/28/11 burned 530 calories doing walking and boxing

    Fri. 09/30/11 burned 531 calories doing hooping and walking

    Sat 10/01/11 burned 640 calories doing frre step, frisbee, hooping, and cleaning

    I did it! I am so pround of myself

    I didn't make it this week. I will try again next week. My son, Ody is still in the hospital in the ICU with pneumonia and my husband stays with him and I am at home with my 17 month old. I try to go visit is often as I can but it is hard because little brother isn't allowed in the ICU. Fitting in exercise is difficult right now but I have to keep trying. I hope next week is better and my son comes home soon.
