    Sounds great!! I have most of the ingredients on hand. I will try it today. Don't know about the fat burning claims But, it is healthy and low fat. We love soup. thanks!

    The original recipe calls for a yellow squash - I used butternut squash, and you are to cook it with the peeling on as well.

    Hey uhh... technically, this *is* just chili. Beans, ground meat, tomatoes, and cayenne and cumin ... that's chili, folks, and it is filling and low on calories. I eat red chili on a very regular basis, and could probably eat it every day, but there is nothing special or magical about this recipe...

    P.S. who the hell came up with the name for this? Where there a much of marketing monkeys sitting around going, "how can we rename chili so that women then it's doing something magical to their waistline?" "hmmm... call it a fat flush soup!" /marketing degree
