Well last week I had that dreaded gain but this week down 2.6 - I am very happy. BUT I still cannot do to much in the lines of exercise due to my hip. We'll see how it goes...

I'm here!! I think I am settling into a good routine right now, I've been planning/cooking/portioning out meals ahead of time, so I can just grab one and go! And I have a workout routine planned out (well, Jillian has it planned out for me :laugh: Winning by Losing), so it is getting easier for me now!
I was so proud of myself last night - I did not succumb to the night munchies!! I don't know what it is, but watching BL makes me hungry! :laugh:0 -

I need to have my tattoo touched up - but I am a whimp!!! I got a pink ribbon above my ankle too close to having had chemo and it never healed correctly - it was pretty gross seeing pink ink run down your foot. It's not too bad but should have been so much better.

Awesome job everyone! I am up a little from last week am on a bit of a plateau so this week Im bumping my workouts up a friend of mine got me a free week pass to her gym.
I am moving up to Power 90 3-4 and then tonight is Zumba for an hr and a half, tomorrow night is a hr Bosu class and sat is a body blast class.
Wish me luck I've never done any of those classes!

Well sorry guys I'm up in wt, but it is the starting of TOM. Gonna kick it up a notch today. It is -51 here. The buses aren't even running. My husband had to come back and take my daughter to school..Kinda glad I'm house bound this winter....:yawn:0

I was able to lose some weight this week, even though I took a couple of days off from exercising.
I think it helped that I got my hair chopped off this week.0 -
Oh do I feel GREAT right now!
Today was my first day doing Power 90 Sweat 3-4 and Ab Ripper 200. I have never sweat so much doing an exercise video at home and LOVED it.
I did get my butt kicked but its so worth it in the end!

You guys are so positive. No matter what's going on in life, it always makes me feel better to visit here and just read what people have to say.
I am the same weight I was last week. I took four days off from exercise last week because of my knee, so I was actually expecting a gain... so I guess I did pretty good! :laugh:
I watched a little bit of BL this morning (I DVR'd it), so I can't wait to finish it! I got to the part where they raced across the water and up the mountain. This is going to sound silly... :laugh: ... but, I was thinking about how symbolic that was. (I can't help it.. I'm a Journalism major! :laugh:) You know what I mean? Losing weight is often smooth-sailing in the beginning when you drop that initial water-weight (they paddled across the water), but from there on out... it's an uphill climb (they climbed the mountain), but when you get to the top... woohoo!! :drinker: And, it was so great to see them go back down and help the last contestant reach the top. I was glad to see that they all made it!! And, the last guy up (can't remember his name), is my true inspiration. He's only 19, but you can tell he's very mature and determined.

Just watching the 19 year old RUN on the treadmill was amazing! I keep telling myself Im too big to run but if he can do it then so can I!!!!!!!!!!!!
I really dont think Joelle is there for the right reasons and I dont really like her. What Bob said last night was so true, there are millions of people that would love to be there and it just seems like she doesn't want to be!0 -
I agree with you there. I love Daniel. You know this year the contestants on BL all seem pretty nice people although Jorrelle needs to get her butt in gear. I was kind of hoping she would have been in the bottom instead of Jerry and Daniel. I felt so bad for him. I am glad they kept Daniel but what a hard decision it would have been to make. But Jerry still looked amazing. I am so proud of him to stick with it. He looks so much younger also. I am also so proud of Daniel. He is trying so hard. I cant believe he was telling Jillian to make the treadmill faster. I was ready to cry for him because he is trying so hard.
Well I am down 2 lbs this week. It is about time. I hadnt changed weight in more than a month so I was happy. Now if I can just keep it going.

I'm down 2.8 or 3 lbs, I can't remember lol. Next week school starts for me so wish me luck in keeping up the pace I've been on.0

don't like joell either.. so annoying.. and the fact that she was tempted for the money there.. :sick: really i think her friend would have strangeled her !!!..
i got my workout in with jillian this am- but i'm sooo tired.. i had only 2-3 days of no exercise since mid december.. it's a lot for me i'm proud of it but exhausted too.. and i'm scared to take a break, my commitment was to stick to it.. 6 days a week.. in the am' no excuse.. so .. i have to stay true to myself..
i'll just try to get some coffee.. got a headache ..0 -
Still here...working hard or hardly working...can't decide. But it's been another successful week, so I need to stay with it.0

I workedout lastnight to Jillian on level 2. My husband isn't a big fan of the BL cardio so if he is willing to workout with me I will do the 30day shred. I love 1.6lbs this week. Im so excited and can't believe it. My back has been hurting but I've been pushing through the pain to get my workouts done. I have been below my calorie limit however Im going to improve on that. My new goal for myself is to keep up with the exercise and then also to get some fresh fruits and veggies and start eating more of them. You guys are great and Im glad IM on the blue team.

down 1 pound this week and it is that lovely time of the month for water weight gain. So 1 pound is good , we have had so much snow here and now frigid cold weather. It is so hard to be motivated to exercise, but just walking up and down the stairs all day helps.0

Rach and Chrissy: I also have to get my tattoo touched up but my treat to myself is when I hit my weight loss goal I am going to get it covered up with another one!
Right now it is a sun with a jap symbol in the middle...Im thinking about getting tribal art with girly colours, any suggestions?0 -

I am so pleased! Just finished P90X Plyometrics and AbX and I`m still in 1 piece! (last time i was doing it, I dislocated my shoulder). Anyway, what a great workout. Now having some Recovery drink-yummy! :bigsmile: Gotta make up for my boo boos last night. have a good day!0

No idea. It takes me months to come up with an idea for a tattoo, which is a good thing I guess. I just got my 8th one last week. My next one will be my family crest that I'm going to get along with my dad and brothers. Should be fun!0 -

Take a look at tattoofinder.com - they have loads of tattoos on there. That is where my husband and myself found ours.0
