    I can't believe your ex doesn't like this new look but it's good to hear you have a new love that does.

    I'm thinking you must have a lot of muscle because for 5'6" you do carry your weight extremely well.
    You look at least 20 pounds thinner than your weight.
    I used to be like this when I was younger, too. I would tell people I had to lose 20 pounds or so and they'd ask me how much I weighed and I'd tell them 175 and they never believed me. They always told me I looked like I weighed much less. lol
    Nowadays, no one argues. LOL

    I'm amazed! I weight 177ish right now and my stomach still looks like your first one (lol) but I guess it's because I'm shorter, 5'4 and still got 40 or so pounds to go.

    But this inspired me that if you can get a flat stomach like that, maybe I can to!

    Did you do any specific toning on your tummy area?

    Thank you all! Elliptical is what I used in the beginning and that is kinda it, I'm sorry I dont have a better secret than that but honestly for me it was just staying at my 1200 calories and I didnt eat my exercise calories...today I am 169.4...9.4 pounds to go! :)
