    Just checking in.

    Managed to do some exercise today despite school being canceled. I did 30 minutes of yoga and 30 minutes of strength training on My Fitness Coach for the Wii. I just received it today for my birthday along with The Firm DVD. There's no reason for me to ever workout now. I have a great set up here!!

    Probably going to go over on calories and enjoy a piece of birthday cake and maybe some other festivity stuff tonight.:drinker:

    Managed to do some exercise today despite school being canceled. I did 30 minutes of yoga and 30 minutes of strength training on My Fitness Coach for the Wii. I just received it today for my birthday along with The Firm DVD. There's no reason for me to ever workout now. I have a great set up here!!
