    And it does have macaroni in it, it's just covered in beef and cheese. Look at how shiny the american cheese gets on top. That's my favorite part. It's sorta like a delicious plastic coating that keeps all of those nutrients inside.

    I can have ALL, BUT the

    1 can tomato soup
    1 tsp. Salt
    ½ tsp. Sugar
    4 ounces Velveeta*
    1 # ground beef, cooked and drained
    *more or less to taste



    So, I can have the:

    1 soup can water
    1 medium onion chopped*
    ½ medium green pepper chopped*
    8 ounces macaroni, cooked al dente (only if its whole wheat)

    Sounds scrumptious!

    I do this same thing but use jar pasta sause ( my favorite is Prego fresh mushroom) instead of the soup and add mushrooms too. I love this on a chilly day.
