I have done 2 miles on the treadmill today.
and..not too sure on the Arc trainer but it was definitely AT LEAST .5 miles so we will just say 2.5 for today...so far.0 -
I've never done this with a group before do we post what we did on the form or just in our diary? I want to try this I don't know if I will make it with finals week and starting a new job but i'm going to do my best!!0

I'm a few days into trying to lose weight again, and the walk I do with my friend is about 2 miles! That's 14 if we go every day!
