Even the miles you walk on your job?
I personally don't log those miles, I only log the walks and runs that I set out to raise my heart rate, but its up to you. The point of the challenge is get us up, motivated and working towards a goal. So if you can track how many miles at work that's awesome and it motivates you to move more, kick butt!0 -

I jogged 4.4 miles on Sunday, walked 3.8 Monday and ran 3.8 this morning making a grand total of 12 miles so far! Trying to keep motivated for spring Marathon season - huzzah!0 -
