    Everyone's doing awesome. Update on me:

    10/9 - 4.62 mile run
    10/10 - 3.17 mile walk
    10/11 - 3.51 mile morning run
    10/11 - 3.2 mile afternoon walk

    Total: 14.5 miles. Aw yeah! :P

    10/11 - 3.2 mile afternoon walk

    Does anyone every feel like the first mile is killer then it gets easier after?

    Nice work. It varies for me. I struggle anywhere from not at all to as far in as 3 or 4 miles. Trick for me is to just stick with it! Mini goals!

    Walked a mile this morning (up to 13 miles so far this week) and then my ankle went all twingey and I had to get the bus the rest of the way to work. Oh cruel world!

    I am wanting to Run a half marathon. Actually its in April 2012 are you doing a specific program? Any recomendations?

    2.6 the other day + 3 today = 5.6 total, gotta keep going!

    gosh i like how i feel after a morning walk/jog but dang if it's not difficult to get out of bed.

    Kinda struggling with my MVP (mitral valve prolapse) acting up on me, but I'm gonna do it even if I have to walk it.

    I'm getting a late start this week. I strained my calf muscle on my long run Sat. Going to try to do 3 today, 3 tomorrow and 9 Saturday. Hopefully I will have no pain!
