    10/12/11- 2 miles tonight with a total of 6.5 so far for the week....mixing it up a little with strength training this week...:)

    Tuesday 3.1 Mile Run + .87 Mile walk = 3.97 Miles
    Wednesday 3.2 Mile Run=7.17 Miles
  • Today's numbers: 7.1 km = 4.41 miles
    Totals this week: 11.46 km = 7.12 miles

    I have 5.25 left to hit my 15 miles for the week

    Not feeling the energy this week but with the challenge, it's making me get off my butt!

    Wednesday: 1.2 miles (run)

    Total: 5.92

    Kinda struggling with my MVP (mitral valve prolapse) acting up on me, but I'm gonna do it even if I have to walk it.

    10/11 - 3.51 mile morning run
    10/11 - 3.2 mile afternoon walk
    10/12 - 3.2 mile walk
    10/13 - 3.55 mile morning run

    Total: 21.25 miles.

    I just always hit the quote tab, add or remove info and then remove the quotes. Maybe you already tried that, just trying to help.

    It may not be 15...but it's more miles than I ever DREAMED of running in 1 week :happy:

    I did 2.3 miles everyday this week so far: 4 x 2.3 = 9.2.

    The rain has spoiled my run today, and most likely will again tomorrow, which is okay because I think I need to rest up before the big day. With any luck I'll end the week at 12.3!

    It may not be 15...but it's more miles than I ever DREAMED of running in 1 week :happy:

    Definitely rest up. You'll need it once the race adrenaline hits! Best of luck and let us know how awesome you did :)

    I'd count 'em. I leave out my cycling because the miles rack up pretty quick.

    You can join now, I'd think. Count your miles from Sunday through Saturday. Reese posts the challenge new on Sundays. Look forward to seeing you rock this :)
