Alright ladies!!! I am weighing in for the day! My starting weight for this challenge was 328. This morning the scale said 324!! That is a lost of 4 lbs for the week!!
only 24 lbs to go before I am at my Jan 1st Goal and only 16 lbs left til I am at my Dec 25th goal

Happy Weigh In day!
I am SO excited to see everyone's losses today. I weighed in as well! I went from 166.5 to a nice new 164.5. 2 pounds down, 18 to go! We can do this!!
I love that the small pants are fitting you ladies, and that we are excited about having an attainable goal. Challenges like this are what make weight loss fun.
My challenge for you this week: Try out a class or a section of the gym you have never been to before! Like ZUMBA! (Yes, I will force you all to try it at least ONCE!) I know as soon as you go, you'll find out it's the best thing ever. My weight loss wouldn't be so awesome without it! Or try the new in thing- Hot Yoga, I have been hearing wonderful things about it! Anyway, the point is, get outside your comfort zone and dare to be different this week! I want to hear awesome stories about it, too!
