I have worked VERY hard to get to where I am right now. My photo shows my accomplishments, and also reminds me of how much further I need to go. It took a lot of guts to post my picture, but it's a reflection of all my hard work. Don't like it? Don't attract a forum to us!

because if i see my picture every time i log in and look at my profile, it motivates me more to lose more weight. cant now since pregnant, but it still motivates. if you dont like them, dont look at them.people dont post them just to have you complain.they post to motivate themselves and others.

I don't do it, however I do have many friends that take part in the theme days. People work hard and they are proud of what they have accomplished and want to show it off. Personally I see worse on t.v. or at the movies.
