because if i see my picture every time i log in and look at my profile, it motivates me more to lose more weight. cant now since pregnant, but it still motivates. if you dont like them, dont look at them.people dont post them just to have you complain.they post to motivate themselves and others.

I LOVE that someone is so confident in their body, in their hard work and dedication that they are proud enough to share a picture that makes them feel good about them self and their success. Rock on sexy bottom and/or cleavage people!

I don't do it, however I do have many friends that take part in the theme days. People work hard and they are proud of what they have accomplished and want to show it off. Personally I see worse on t.v. or at the movies.

While I do not have the courage to do that at this point, I think people do it to show the hard work they have done to get where they are. I applaud them for it and do not have any issue with booty or cleavage pics.
