    L1D4 completed. I'm not sure this is getting any easier. Maybe a little. But gosh. She's a tough cookie. I'm still sweating like as pig with this workout. Eff. But I'm sticking to it and fearing level 2.. So scared. :(

    sambuka8, I'm with you. The other day I did a sneak peak of Level 3 and was like WTF!!!!??? lol I rather erase that memory of my mind... but then at the same time I'm so intrigued to see how fit I will be by that time... :)

    Well I lost 30 pounds back January through March but then May through July I had a lot of stressful things going on in my life and I gained about 20 pounds back but finally in september I was able to lose 10 pounds so that brings my total to 20 pounds lost. :) I didn't have any support before so I am hoping joinging MFP will make the difference.
    Oh and TTC is Trying to Conceive.

    Well, good for you for keeping those pounds off!

    That's a very good reason to lose weight, being healthy and fit since the beginning of the pregnancy will help you stay that way after it! Good luck :D

    hey guys, i miss you! i have been very sick the past couple days and had to take a couple days off. I feel like crap about it and, feel like a bum but there was just no way I could pull it off.

    Hopefully I'll be back at it tomorrow, keep up the great work.

    I'm on Day 8 and have jumped to level 2. I'm also doing Turbo Fire with this program. Needless to say, my arms are mush. :)

    It's VERY ANNOYING that you can't skip past the intro and get straight to the workouts.

    So you have 7days on L1 and 1 day of L2?

    One trick I do is when I finish, I play Level 1 again and after some minutes (while I do some more stretching and have water, regain consciousness, etc) I turn it off. What this do is the next time the DVD starts, it will play from this point of the routine (not from the beginning with the intro) and I just move to scene 01 and start right away!

    HI SHREDDERS!!!!

    I feel like I'm going to pop, I can;t stop eating today I don;t know what is the matter with me, I have had two bowls of cereal and lunch plus biscuits which I shouldn't have eaten at all and it's only 13:30!!!

    I have cut the grass and changed the beds, done housework, cleaning and tidied up.
    I am at least being busy but why am I so hungry, TOM not due for ages yet and I have no reason to feel like this, I have thought that I was getting a cold the last few days, but I take strong Vit D tablets which means I haven't had a cold in months, nearly a year actually so mabye I do have a cold but not really got any of the symptoms.
    I just get a bit of a blocked nose and a bit tired and hungry, so maybe that is what is happening?!?

    Either way I feel HUGE :explode:

    I need to calm down this eating and get things under control again.

    I have done my shred for the day, I managed to do it with the bigger weights throughout again but it was a struggle on those side lunges. BUT I DID IT AGAIN!!
    I think it really helps me to know I did it once and it is possible.
    I also did all the push ups on my feet!!!! I haven't done that for months!!!
    I'm very pleased at this, only day 4 and I have already made big improvements, now I want to see these getting stronger and easier over the next 26 days, I know I can do this, just need to keep going.

    Tomorrow I will need to shred twice, I have work tomorrow night and will be at my BF's on friday night and saturday so we might get out for a run but I am not taking my dvd, we also have some decorating to do in his house.
    So will be burning cals either way!!

    I want to make sure I shred twice tomorrow as I will need to shred and run on sunday if I am to make my goal this week, however I am seriously behind with my weights and arm workouts this week.
    BUT if I don;t do any it will still be great that I have done the shred with a stone of weight throughout!!
    So I'll not be too hard on myself and with all the other stuff going on this week I know it was a particularly busy one for me so more time next week and I will get more in.

    Hope your all coping really well, I'm so glad to see we are up to 16 pages already!!

    Day 3 of this 30 day challenge completed last night. Just 27 more to go hahaha! By the way, my five year old son has joined me during the training and after both complete level 1 (and I am breathing hard and almost ready to collapse) he insists we must try level two. Whattttttt??????? On another note, I am so looking forward to see the results by November 17th, just in time for Thanksgiving celebration!

    I will be on day 3 today, I could not start Monday, but I started Tuesday and I hope I can make it, I am soo sore.....I can barley sit down at my desk. I love it so far even though I am in pain, I know it's working. I took measurements in the begining and can't wait to see the results in 30 days. :bigsmile: I started out with 5lb weights, I probably should have started out with 3 lb. Good Luck everyone!! I know I will need it.

    Day 4 Level 1 done!!
    Was going to continue in level 2 like yesterday, but really sore today. I think I'll stick to level 1 for at least a few more days. Added a short 15 mins on the treadmill at 10 incline. Feels good to get the workouts done.

    I have a question! If I were to do two workouts in one day, would that count for 2 days? So if for the next 15 days I did 2 workouts, would that mean I would have the results of the whole 30 Days in half the time (15 days?) On L1 D3 today!
