level 2 is definitely a tough one. I tried it out on Friday and decided I'm not ready for it yet so I'll do 1 more week of level 1 lol...0 -
Level 2 is really tough!! My HRM has me just tipping over 300 cals from it still and its only 30 mins!! Bonkers really. I have done 4 weeks now, though this last week has been patchy (done 3 workouts) so I think I will extend it an extra few days at the other end. I did zumba alongside this today (basics workout, 20 mins) and the combination on my core reallllly hurt!!0

Week 3 Day 2 Level 2 complete. I woke up with my buttocks really sore this morning! Didnt expect that with an ab workout. I guess its all the lunges! I pushed through this morning but may have to take a rest day tomorrow. We will see.
I also burn more calories on Level 2 and even though its tougher I like it better than Level 1.0 -
Wow some of you are zooming through, I may have to stop with all the rest breaks, LOL. I overdid my rest days this weekend. Got too comfortable, bf and I ran alot of errands Sat. so no go and then Sunday wasn't up for any workout but I pushed through 1 just not this one
I did today though
But this is just the start of my week 2, Day 1 went back to lvl 1 of course. Lvl 2 is harder and I feel I need to work up to it more though I did it in the past, have no idea how I manged then

i did additional 23mins of stability ball exercises as well and hoping to get 25mins on treadmill

I did one day last week but had so much going on I couldn't continue.
So fresh start last night Day 1 Week 1. Kinda bummed though, I hurt my shoulder on my last day of Ripped in 30 last week so I have to modify some of the plant moves and the superman move. But still getting a workout.0 -

I'm in week 5 now, getting nervous of the end and checking if there is a change. I *think* I can see more definition, but it may be in my head!! :laugh:

I have been using an 8 lb weight at the start of level 2, but swopping to 5 lb weight for the low to highs and then sticking with the 5lber. Today I kept the 8 lb weight throughout and could *really* tell the difference, I was back to being drenched in sweat and burnt another 25ish cals again - oh and simply couldn't keep up when she went double time!! :laugh:0 -

I woke up yesterday in a funk and my hip sore from sleeping wrong apparently. So I decided to lay low from my usual routine. I did strength training and yoga instead. Now today same thing still in a funk and hip still hurting. So today will be total rest hopefully so I can bust it out tomorrow and get back on track. Its too early in the game to be slacking!!

I finally got the form down for those awkward side planks. I realized I had my hand on the floor too far out from my shoulder. When I brought it in closer and did the move, I actually felt it in my lower obliques so I knew I was doing it right!
And I finally figured out how to the the side crunches properly so that I actually felt something.
That's good progress!0 -

LOL i was having same issue and realized the same thing, my arm was stretched out far beyond my shoulder, I am finally feeling it where I am suppose to, inner thighs... haha... same with side crunches...)

I'm just about at the end of week 5 now, one more day tomorrow and then its onto the 6th and final week. I don't have a 6 pack, but I do have more definition down my sides definitely. I wasn't trying to lose weight, though I am currently 1 lb lighter anyway. It will be interesting what the tape measure says, I can't honestly say I've honestly noticed a big change, but then I have hardly any clothes that actually fit me!!0
