Week 5 Day 3 complete! I hate when I can't make myself get up and get it over with in the mornings. I do not like working out after work! Oh well its done. I am going to try to do this workout everyday for the next week and that way I will finish by next Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Everyone have a great evening.

corina - I reall do feel for you with the lack of sleep, it is so, so hard to eat well if you are exhausted as your body is just screaming out for sugar! I really hate teething, before I ahd kids I had no idea how long it goes on for, both my DSs got their final teeth (rear molars) at 2.5 years and it had been pretty much non-stop for 3 years by then! DD is 9 months and has 2 teeth - only another 18 to go!! :grumble: By which time presumably DS1 wll be cutting his adult teeth (he is 5.5) :noway:

    So I finally finished :drinker:

My results (which I am really pleased with!) are:

3 lbs loss (when eating to maintain)
thigh top -1.5 inches (!) - I think this is probably more from the zumba I have done alongside it..
    calf -0.25 inches
upper arm -1.5 inches (posibly using 8 lb weights??)
    waist - 1.25 inches
nipple line - 1 inch (I'm also decreasing BFing so hard to know what is what here)
widest part (saddle bags!) - 1 inch
    neck - 0.5 inches

I'm shocked by the thigh and arm change - but then last time I measured I was really disappointed that they hadn't really shifted where everything else had. So there we go, I am done!

Great job Shoppie! Maybe I need to move to maintenance so I can lose some weight! Lol

Some of you mentioned being ready to start something else soon. I willl be starting killer buns and thighs in mid december and I have a group going. Let me know if any of you are interested, you can send me a message and I'll get you the details.

I just finished Killer Buns and Thighs right before I started this challenge. Its a great workout. Level 2 is a killer. Just beware!! I had good results from it! Thanks for the invite though! Keep me in mind if you do another challenge after Killer Buns.

    Wow Shoppie great results!!!

I skipped yesterday wasn't going to BUT after logging all my food for the day realized I was under calories without exercise !!! this NEVER happens so I took advantage and skipped working out. I have been doing 5-7 days a week and most days 2 workouts. (I have to workout so I can eat I am always over til exercise.) So today was surprisingly the same but I said no got to do it today stop slacking so got in my 2 workouts. Week 3 day 4. By the end of the week I should be starting week 4 but still behind everyone. I know I joined at least a week later.

Seriously - I have lost about half a pound a week, whereas I stayed the same when eating far less - go figure! I think possibly even though I was over the 1200 my body was in starvation mdoe or something, clinging onto every single ounce.

I am still here, a little MIA LOL I finished week 3 I believe on Thurs. and unmotivated by weekend so today started week 4, so behind everyone. I am taking more breaks but it keeps me focused to continue slowly. I will continue with this at my own pace even if no one reports in if you guys are all done.

I wont be joining 30ds I was doing that at the start of this and gave up after 24 days in and no results to report :( I didn't see how 6 more days was going to give me anything. I think my body is to use to the routine. So last week started P90X and am on week 2. So some days it seems a bit much to do that workout and 6W6P, one reason for the slow down.

I am excited for the new Jillian and hoping to get it when it comes out but not sure I will be able to start on it right away, depending on my workout schedule at that time :D I should still be in P90X zone.

i am here. 1st day of level 2 last week... so i guess that means i am in week 4. i didn't get the choreography of some of the more complicated moves and i feel like she moves almost too quickly through them. like the one where the weight goes through the bend in the leg. took me a while to get. i'm sure i will get it after a few times

Yes the moves get easier with practice. I do get a better calorie burn on Level 2!

the main problem i am having is balance. it is really hard for me to twist and keep my footing just like hers on some of the more complicated ones. like the side plank twist/kick things... i have almost fallen down a few times, especially when she starts doing them fast. but i can really tell a difference and i need to get just a bit more toned. would love to keep this momentum going through the holidays!

Definitely, you're not alone :) I lose my balance frequently due to the pace she keeps you at. Plus, yes I get an amazing calorie burn as well. But practice makes us perfect. I will be doing this through Thanksgiving as well so hopefully I can keep my motivation, it will be so easy to falter and be lazy.

I can't even do close to her pace on the "chops" where you are in the lunge and have to do the bend up and down... she goes way too fast! is anyone else with me? same thing with the side plank kick things. i feel like i am going to fall down. as well as the knee up and down crunch things = the ones she calls "old school"... i feel like i will never be at her pace on those three things. it is frustrating. maybe i just won't look at the girls when they do those so fast because it makes me more dizzy and almost losing my balance.

I've finished the sucker and still can't do chops or the knee crunches at double speed. I just go as quickly as I can while maintaining balance. Came in here as I did this today for the first time in a week (since finishing) and this sucker is still hard!!

Keep going those of you still going, very nearly there!!

Week 6 Day 5 done!! I have completed this challenge! And I have lost 1.6 lbs and a total of 2.5 inches! I am so glad I actually made it through the whole six weeks of this workout. I have started the workout many times just never did six weeks straight. WIll be adding this workout into my rotation.

I also still have some trouble with keeping balance on certain moves in Level 2. Just do it at your own pace. If you can't go as fast the second time around, don't. Good luck ladies. Finish strong ( as Jillian would say, LOL).

I will be checking back to offer support and see everyones results! Have a great Thanksgiving!

Yikes still so behind :( Oh well. Tues I was going to do 6w6p but bf decided we should go to Best Buy and pick up some things. So when we got back and played with the new gadgets it was too late for me to workout. Wednesday I did P90X yoga which is 1 hour and 30 minutes and then my bf came home early and decided we should do a run!! I never run Im so horrible, but really surprised myself and we were out there for 40 minutes and I ran most of it :D So felt no need to do a 3rd workout for the day. Thurs, well simply put got super lazy and was sore from the run. Plus my shoes suck so my ankles were hurting bad. (luckily though we went out and bought me a new pair of running shoes :D) Now Fri I have no excuse, we slept in and well I got lazy again. Sat my bf and I are planning a hike and then I need to get back and get back on track with P90x so not sure if I will do 6w6p. Again that would put me doing 3 workouts that day :( I may have to wait til Monday and get back on a schedule then.

Not giving up, I will finish.
    Susan that's great results :)
