Medium... nice and juicy and pink in the middle but not mooing. LOL0

hehehe!!! This is what i say when ordering steak out, "I want you to burn it. I want to have to scrape the crusty charred part off to find the meat. I want NO pink. So, supre-duper-overly well done. Thanks!"
Why bother ordering a steak then? Waste of good money!
I actually rarely do order steak out, because they tend to burn my husband's too then! so, out of courtesy to him, i usually get something else. When we're at home, he puts mine on a few minutes before his. It's just a preference, i guess! I love the way it tastes that way! People say i'm ruining the flavor, but i like the flavor!0 -
medium rare!! Why cook out all of the natural flavors??? If it is cooked properly and has good spices on it, there isn't even a need for all the steak sauce that people tend to pour on by the gallon!!!0

Slap the horns off and throw it on a plate.
Enjoy my steak bloody. Savoring the "spirit" of the meat.
We say, "slap 'er on the *kitten* and send 'er in" - yep, like mine rare too.0 -
Medium to medium rare.0

Very well done, actually burn it - and absolutely no fat - I hate the slimy grissly stuff. A1 steak sauce. Marinade in Red Wine and Worchesire with lots of garlic0

Medium rare. Lean thick cuts of meat only (yes I know how bad that sounds).0

Knock horns off, put it on a plate.0

barely medium rare with just salt and pepper. If you are using a quailty cut of meat you don't need any sauces (they hide the full flavor)0

Rare! With lots lf mushrooms and onions.0

Medium well Delmonico with a nice glass of Cabernet Sauvignon. MMMMMMMM0

I like my steak medium-rare! Although lately I've been ordering well-done. I like both. I have a fear of getting food poisoning... I don't even trust myself half the time with cooking meat. >_> Anyways, I prefer my steak with as little sauce as possible because the meat flavor alone is enough! I do appreciate mushrooms and salt and pepper. Steak sauce is only good if it's not that good of a taste alone.

I like my meat hard and thick. The length doesn't matter, though. Oh....wait. You asked how I like my steak. My bad.0

medium rare... Anything above medium well and it tastes gross and dry and what's the point to me? lol
And I hate steak sauce so keep that away from me!
