    I just started this program today and I could use a bit of motivation and support from you folks.

    I would like to participate in the November 10 pound challenge.

    Usually do measurements in kg's but guess x2 is good enough accuracy?

    2.2 is a better conversion or you'll underestimate your weight. I always weigh myself in kg and just type my weight into google and ask for it in lbs and get a instant result without going through other web pages.

    You have to go to the bottom and make sure you click on Nov tab.

    You know what would be nice??? If this topic could somehow email a reminder on the day BEFORE weigh in! That would be SO sweet! That way I would remember to weigh and record in here for that day. I'm sure it is way too much work for one person but I bet some genius could write a program to remind! :) Wondering if I know any genius'....LOL

    I actually did that the first month I took over the database but it took me 2 days to email everyone if not long for those who did not weigh in.
