I started the 30 Day Shred again today. This will be my 2nd time doing it...the 1st time I lost 8 lbs. in 30 days! So excited for this challenge...can't wait to see the #'s on the scale going down again. I kind of lost my motivation last month and only did a long walk a few times a week but didn't see results from that so I know it's time to start pushing myself harder! Good luck to everyone in this challenge!!

You are right simple is nice with busy schedules. If we did anything I would not want it mandatory or to make any one feel pressured to feel like they had to do it or they feel like a failure. I am glad to have our fearless leader back for at least a month.
Just realized this conversation has been floating around -- I like the simple part. Life is hectic enough. We are all doing things on this journey and its great to see what is working for others. Being part of the group and the weekly weigh-in are what I like. Just my opinion. Like everyone else I have an opinion. LOL:blushing:0 -
