    I weigh 271.5lbs

    1. Eat Calories: done
    2. Eat Exercise kal: done ( went over 44kls not bad for the day I had)
    3.Drink 8 cups H2O: Nope only got in 4
    4. Exercise 30min treadmill at 3.0 alternating 2.0 between songs
    5. Post: done
    goal for 10/28: to get H20 In and continue the same pattern

    OK so i usually exercise before work in the morning and yesterday ( oct 27th) of all days i did not do this. i found out about the challenge too late, so I could not exercise but i did clean for an hour last night. posting for this now. Tonight i will post for the 28th.

    My starting weight this week is 156.

    This post is for the 27th, will post for the 28th tonight.

    EAT CALORIES - I DID THAT
    EAT EXERCISE CALORIES - I DID NOT EXERCISE ON THE 27th AND BY THE TIME I SIGNED UP FOR THE CHALLENGE IT WAS TOO LATE TO EXERCISE
    DRINK 8 CUPS OF WATER - DRANK 14 CUPS
    30 MIN RUN - I DIDN'T RUN BUT I DID CLEAN FOR AN HOUR - WILL MAKE UP FOR THIS ON THE 28TH.

    LOL Love this post! It tells me everything and is not confusing as to what day and what not :) Great job and Ill put you down for all 4 (I say 4 for the activity part...posting is obvious since there is a post there. So 4 points for one day is the max:))

    1. Eating calories- yes
    2. Eating exercise calories - I tried to eat all 1294 calories from exercise but couldn't, I have 500 to spare, and I ate like a cow today
    3. Drink 8 glasses of water- I had 12
    4. Exercised for 2 hrs - I had to make up for yesterday
    4. Post - done posting :)

    Here is my check in for today:

    1. Eating calories- yes
    2. Eating exercise calories - Yes, except some.
    3. Drink 8 glasses of water- yes, 8
    4. Exercise: I did 60 min. of walk/jog. It was actually my C25K program including some walk at 3mph. I covered 3.1 miles.

    My starting weight for this challenge is 165.

    I figured you are in bed or going to bed, I'm not done yet, but I don't want you to think I didnt check in because you were in bed. I've just got exercise calories to go and Ill be up late so Ill have my snack a little later and check back in with that.

    1 Calories- Check!
    2 Exercise Calories- Not yet
    3 Drink 8 glass of water- Check!
    4 Rode my bike for 30 min!

    eat excersice cals- no def not... :(
    Drink h2o- I drank 12+
    excersice outside for 30 min- done
    Post done!

    So I am struggling with eating enough... I try I do but whith excersizing more I haven't had an appitite :( I'm going to try eating more earlier in the day so I don't feel so pressured to eat as much later. I hope I do better eating tomorrow!

    I'm late for this week, but that doesn't mean I can't do this on my
    own. I know I can loss the weight just need a boost like this. Sooo
    I will start tomorrow and hope that I will not be too late to join next
