    Oct 29 check in:


    1. Eat calories- Yup!
    2. Eat exercise calories- yup! and ate a lot more than that. I am guilty..
    3. Drink 8cups- yup! I drank 10.
    4. Exercise for 30mins- yup, walked for 32 minutes at 3.2 mph

    I'm the queen of sweet tooth's.....I just allow room for my sweet treats in my daily kal intake.

    Hey I thought I was the queen of sweet tooth...:smile: Can't just live without sweets.
  • Today was much better.
    1 eat cals-done
    2 eat exersice cals-done
    3 drink 8cups- drank 10
    4 walk for atleast 30 mins-done
    5 post done!

    Sorry I'm late with this. :-\

    Cal.- Check. (60 remaining)
    Exercise Cal.- Um...check. I didn't have any because I didn't get any in.
    30min j/w/r- Fail. I overtrained the day before, so yesterday I took a break.
    Water- Between 6/7 cups.

    Ok. I failed miserably at checking in :( the weekend always gets me.

    10/28
    1. Eat cals.... Done
    2. Eat exercise cals.. Done, only a handful of cals left
    3. Exercise: 35 minute walk
    4. Water.. Plenty at least 12cups
    5. Post... Late :(

    10/29
    1. Eat cals.. Didn't eat enough but I drank way too much, so my cals were over
    2. Exercise cals... Overdone
    3. Exercise... 3Hrs of nonstop dancing in a very humid setting.. No miles :(
    4. Water.. Not enough, alcohol took over
    5. Post... Late

    My biggest challenge has always been logging on the weekends :| I still make an effort to eat healthy but will also indulge. On the other hand, this morning I weighed in at 147.9, so no major damage :)

    Sorry, It's been really busy at work and I haven't been logging my stuff. This means I'm out this week, right? Or am I able to be in? I do know what I've done and I haven't missed a day of working out, getting my water in etc.

    Great Job everyone!!! Dorry to those that could not log and got removed from this one! I think maybe next week we will do something that you don't have to log every day for...hows that sound?

    1. Water-- Done (9-8oz.)
    2.Calories eaten-- Done
    3.Exercised (w/j/r)-- Done ( walked the bike path for 40 Minutes with partial Jogging and slow walked the mall for a while)
    4. Ate Exercised Calories-- Done (ate all except a few! :smile: )

    2- EAT YOUR EXERCISE CALORIES (can allow a 100 cal widow) - Done.
    3- DRINK YOUR 8 CUPS AND LOG THEM SO WE KNOW! - Check
    4- WALK/JOG/RUN (whatever your level) AS FAR AS YOU CAN IN 30 MINUTES EACH DAY. - Yep, did a 90 minute walk outside. =)
    5- POST HERE AT THE END OF EVERY DAY! Done.

    I would'nt reccomend not doing a daily log, It holds me accountable for my actions. & I look foward to seeing others achieve their daily goals and it motivates me to continue to challange myself to achieve mine.....So please continue to require the daily log post.

    That's what I think to..and just a couple people were dropped, most all of you are logging everyday:) So we will probably keep it:)
