Ladies, are you not being a tiny bit too strict? Maybe you shouldn't go for "all or nothing" - simply controlling the quantity is a step forward.0 -

I've done fairly well this past month, but don't think I could go multiple days without anything!
I did yesterday and had intentions of doing it again today...then a vendor brought in donuts and I had to smell them for 45 minutes while he talked! I did only have 1/4 of one though, so I consider that a victory! I could have passed it up....but I was starving!
Question: How much is too much within a day?? If we allow ourselves 50-100 calories of "treats" per day and then 2 or 3 days with more is that a good goal or do we really need to be 100% processed sugar free most of the time? I find that if I say absolutely nothing then I give in more so than I would otherwise.0 -

I just don't want to give up something sweet even for a day. I'm going to stay with this challenge anyway - I can be the poster child for what you don't want to be - a sugar/chocolate addict.:laugh:

I almost went the whole day without a sweet. Then I had one little twinge of hunger/appetite tonight and then the floodgates opened. I really hope to do better next month. I can't believe its been a whole month already and I made no progress in this challenge.
