Okay! I'm new to this, but I want to try. It's hard to find motivation to move. I'll shoot for 240 this week. Mondays suck with faculty meetings, but maybe Tuesday-Sunday I can get it in!0

Week 2: 260/360 Goal not met - what a week. 260 wasn't that bad considering.
Week of November 14th my goal is 270 minutes
Mon: 60 min. aquafit
Tue: 60 min. walk/jog intervals
