    Okay! I'm new to this, but I want to try. It's hard to find motivation to move. I'll shoot for 240 this week. Mondays suck with faculty meetings, but maybe Tuesday-Sunday I can get it in!

    Week 2: 260/360 Goal not met - what a week. 260 wasn't that bad considering.
    Week of November 14th my goal is 270 minutes

    Mon: 60 min. aquafit
    Tue: 60 min. walk/jog intervals
    Wed:
    Thur:
    Fri:
    Sat:
    Sun:
    Total/min left: 120/ 150

    I tend to start the week out ok just need to keep it up.

    Week # 2 - Ugggg gave up - :grumble: :noway: :blushing: :cry: (Total/min left: 90/250)

    Here we go for Week # 3!!!

    My Goal for this week will be 300 minutes of exercise.

    Monday- 55 minutes total (30 Minutes of slow walking and 25 Minutes of Zumba!!!)
    Tuesday-18 Minutes brisk walking and 35 slow walking (Christmas shopping) so 53 minutes today

    Hi all -- Today is my first day browsing message boards and groups. It's raining and cold but I'm going to jump in mid week and see if I can give this a whirl since I walked for 60 minutes on Tuesday (first time in a long time)!
