November Move-It 180 to 360 minutes a week challenge

    Week # 4 (Goal 360)

    Well this has been a ongoing challenge for me. I'm very proud to let you all know I only missed one day of working out this whole month. I didn't know how I was going to do it in the beginning but I pushed my way through and now I have the thought in the back of my head... you can slip 30 minutes in... I actually feel bad if I don't work out!!!

    Monday- Nothing Sick babes
    Tuesday- 30 minutes Zumba
    Wednesday- 20 minutes slow walking and 60 minutes cooking and food prep
    Thursday- (HAPPY THANKSGIVING DAY TO ALL!!) 180 minutes cooking and food prep
    Friday- (Happy shop Local Day/ Black Friday!!) 40 minutes slow walking, 30 minutes light cleaning
    Saturday-
    Sunday-

    360/360 ( Made it and going the extra mile!!)

    Nov 22, Tue - 90 mins Dance Lesson
    Nov 23, Wed - 60 mins Dance Practice, 60 mins Dance Lesson & 60 mins Walking
    Nov 24, Thu - 90 mins Dance Lesson
    Nov 25, Fri - 0 mins
    Nov 26, Sat - 15 mins X-Trainer, 30 mins Indoor Rower, 30 mins Fitball & 15 mins gardening

    Sat: 165 (Backpacking)
    Sun: 0 (resting!)

    Week Total: 354/180
    Month Total: 913/720

    Monday-11/21.......60 minutes walking (260 minutes remaining) 40 minutes of Hip-Hop DVD (220 minute remaining) Tuesday:Rest Day Wednesday...110 minutes of walking(110 minutes remaining) Thursday:Rest Day Friday: 40 minutes (70 minutes remaining
    Saturday-40 minutes of walking (40 minutes remained )

    Seems like I am not gonna make my goal again next week. Gonna have to step it up!

    Mon: nada
    Tue: 70 min @ gym = 30 min bike, 20 min Elliptical and 20 min weights
    Wed: 40 min Leslie Sansone 3 mile DVD
    Thur: 60 min = 30 min walk, 1.5 hours bowling and only counting 30 minutes
    Fri: 80 min @ gym = 25 min elliptical, 25 min bike, 30 min weights
    Sat: nada
    Sun:

    Total/min left: 250 / 50

    Week # 1 = Total/min left: 260 / 0 - Goal of 250 reached! :heart: :flowerforyou: :heart:
    Week # 2 = Total/min left: 215 / 85 - Did not reach 300 goal this week. Did my best, just very busy this week!

    Tue: 60 min. walk/jog intervals
    Wed: 60 Minutes aquafit

    Sat: 60 minutes of Aquafit
    Sun:
    Total/min left: 210/60 I have probably made the remaining time up and more in helping my Mom move from her home into a retirement community but don't really want to count it. It is the reason I didn't make my challenge this week.
