    Here we go for Week # 3!!!

    My Goal for this week will be 300 minutes of exercise.

    Monday- 55 minutes total (30 Minutes of slow walking and 25 Minutes of Zumba!!!)
    Tuesday-18 Minutes brisk walking and 35 slow walking (Christmas shopping) so 53 minutes today
    Wednesday-25 minutes of brisk walking- What wonderful weather for Maine (mid 60's)!!
    Thursday-28 minutes of brisk walking
    Friday-
    Saturday-
    Sunday-

    Mon: 25 min - Leslie Sansone DVD - 1.5 miles
    Tue: 75 min total = 35 min bike, 15 min walk, 25 min weights
    Wed: rest
    Thur: 25 min LS dvd 1.5 miles
    Fri:
    Sat:
    Sun:

    Total/min left: 125 / 150

    Week # 1 = Total/min left: 260 / 0 - Goal of 250 reached! :heart: :flowerforyou: :heart:

    Mon: 15 min. walk; 10 min. cross-trainer; 10 min. weights (35 mins)
    Tue: nada - worked all day and had a class all evening
    Wed: 15 min. walk (15 mins)
    Thu: 52 min. walk; 30 min. swim (82 mins)
    Fri: 15 min. stationary bike

    Friday: Did 40 minutes of walking (160 minutes left), walked for 45 minutes today (115 minutes left)

    Well, I know I am not going to work out this weekend. I was short of my goal, because of monday, and even monday might not have helped me. But I would not have had such a large deficit. I will shoot for the same goal next week.

    Good job Anna!!! You are not going to hit it every week dear. But I bet you did more because you tried to reach your goal and that is what this challenge is all about. Making an effort to push ourselves a little bit more. Success is never giving up!! Have a good weekend!

    Saturday- today i did 65 minutes of exercise (35 minutes slow walking- Walmart and 30 minutes cleaning the house...)
    Sunday- I did 70 minutes total between walking 3.0 mph and 3.5 mph and up and down hills tugging on a wagon for my little one to come along. Well it was a good work out. What a day. Then I did some mall walking but never added it in...
