Ran a 5K race yesterday and another 5K interval run today. The race was really crowded and I had to follow the pack, so I finished in 34 minutes. My total for November is now 77/150 miles, a little over halfway to my goal. :bigsmile:0

love this challenge...im in for 600 miles(biking/spinning)...goals for november, lose 3lbs...600miles spinning/biking, 10weight sessions...2yoga classes....burn a 4000calories a wk and workout a miniuim of 24 hours.....

You can't have a signature anymore. Unfortunately signatures were banned by mfp some time last week. A way to bypass this issue is to copy/paste the bbcode of your tickerfactory ticker into the body of your post, or just write down your total like you already do. I personally prefer the ticker, but either way is OK for tracking.0 -
