I'm joining late socill just see how many miles I can rack up. :-)
Ran a half marathon last weekend but I'll start my miles with yesterday.
1.7 mile walk on walk it out. (love that game for some reason)
You're in. You are the 100th person to join in November, but there's no prize for that.
You will have to set a goal, everybody's got a goal, reaching your own goal is what the challenge is all about.

love this challenge...im in for 600 miles(biking/spinning)...goals for november, lose 3lbs...600miles spinning/biking, 10weight sessions...2yoga classes....burn a 4000calories a wk and workout a miniuim of 24 hours.....

My official time for my first 5K run was 39 mins 31 secs and I came in 639 out of 747 runners!!!! Not too shabby
I only stopped to walk for 0.3 miles, but was able to make it the remainder of the distance running.
We also sprinted the last stretch and it felt amazing!!!!!
I had two high school friends with me and they helped tremendously in keeping my mind off of the running. We have already committed ourselves to run the 10K next year.
I've always been a walker, but I think I like running :blushing:0 -

Go to the spreadsheet. There's a tab in there named pivot table. Click on it. Your numbers (and everybody else's) are there. It's sorted by most miles moved.
