I am new to these message boards, but need some additional accountability and motivation.
Did you stay within your nutritional goals? - no...starting back to tracking today!
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? walked away from the candy dish at work
What would I have done differently? no snacking between meals
What is today's personal goals? track all food today
Exercise weekly progress (Sun-Sat) 1/7 days of exercise (ran 3 miles on Sunday)0 -
Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Within 100 but not quite unfortunately
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? No
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Yes, weigh-in with a small loss too.
What would I have done differently? 3 o'clock apple - makes such a big difference to portion control at dinnertime.
What is today's personal goals? Swim this morning and a workout after work - my hip muscles are finally back in order after running. And moderation at wing nite.

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Close enough :laugh:
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Only went over by 7 calories
What would I have done differently? Not eat the oreo cakester :noway:
What is today's personal goals? track calories, stay under and the elliptical (DONE!!!)

For the newbies in the group - BTW... I am so happy that you are here :flowerforyou: ) We've never made it to 4 pages before - Tomorrow I will post a new topic for Decemeber. I will provide the link to December at the end of November's topic so you can find it easily.

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Had a good day nutritionally and with exercise!
What would I have done differently? A little earlier to bed
What is today's personal goals? Elliptical (done) stay under my calories
