    had a sick and teething 5 month old so no time/ energy to workout the last 3 days, but i'll be starting L2D1 tomorrow. Sometimes life gets in the way of even the best intentions :(

    I'm on L2 but lost count which day I'm on because I ended up missing a couple days....it's turned into an ever other day thing for the past week but today I plan on get back on track.

    I know I saw this post so late. But, since I have the dvd and I am trying to use it for such a long time- I might as well go ahead and do it today - Nov 17th - day 1. L2D1

    L2D4 (day 12 overall). A bit of a delay :ohwell: I needed Tuesday as a rest day, then yesterday, I was so tired, I went to bed when I was supposed to Shred :embarassed:
    Back in the saddle today, though.

    Life took over and I have now had more rest days then I wanted.
    Last Tuesday I did day 4 of level 2
    Wednesday, had a small medical procedure so had to take a rest day.
    Thursday I was enthusiastic and did Day 5 of level 2
    Friiday, and Saturday Busy
    Sunday, Tired
    So here it is Monday
    Day 6 Level 2

    ANd whats worse is during that time I over ate and am now up 1.5kg. ggrrrr..
