    Week 1- 156.4
    Week 2- 155.2
    Week 3- 158.2

    Weekly gain- +1.8

    Whats happening? I am never going below 155.. :-( Its just like a pendulum, going up and down... Thats why i started shred, whoever has done it has lost weight or inches.. ok I know this week I am bloating and I do not know the exact position, but will i prove Jillian wrong? lol...

    I have never done the 30 day shred, I really want to though. But dont get down!! For the past month and a half I have been going up and down on the scale and just trying to roll with it. This is a hard journey especially as your weight continues to decrease it is harder to get it off. Have you tried bumping up your calories a tiny bit and drinking more water? And also increasing your workouts just a tiny bit. Sometimes our bodies get used to the same routine and then they dont respond as much or as well and sometimes all it takes is the smallest change. Also giving your body more to burn will boost your fat burning. It will get better and you will get over this hump and get under 155!! :flowerforyou:

    I am just hoping to lose some pounds from Shred program, i would be happy if i lose inches in fact.. Weight is not my major concern, its only my waistline and thighs.. Tomorrow, i am going to get one more dvd to increase my workout from the library.. I have increased my calorie a bit and also water intake.. well il know once im out this bloating thingy.. hoping for the best.. :-)

    Two words: Boo YAH!!!! My goal this week was to surpass the 40lbs lost marker. I generally shoot for every 10lbs as a goal but this one was special because I am officially 1/3 of the way to me end goal of 140lbs!!!! I'm so pumped I honestly wanted to cry happy tears post weigh in this morning. Monday morning I weighed in at 222.5. I so wanted to give up. But thanks to your encrouagement I kept going and monitored my cals super close, drank tons of water and clearly the formula worked! i'm so happy and so thankful for you gals for keeping me motivated!

    Awesome Job!!! You are rocking it Girl!! Amazing Job!! I will take your advice about drinking more water this week, it worked really well for you. Your hard work is paying off!

    You are doing an amazing Job!! We will do this!! No worries! I feel like I can't break the 210 mark and I want it soo bad!

    So the weight I gained from TOM and my vacation is gone. This week will be a lot better I am sure. I have had a hard time getting up and exercising because of the cold gloomy weather, but no more excuses. I am going to set my alarm for 6:45am every day this week so I can get in an exercise video and shower before my little one gets up. I want to reach my goal of 35 lbs lost before Christmas, that means I still have 13.4 lbs left!!! I need to lose 2 lbs every week until Christmas to reach that goal. Here is hoping I can stay motivated and get to that goal!

    Well, I'm back home. I will weigh in in the morning. I can't wait to start eating at home again and being able to exercise. On the plus side, though, I got a BUNCH of compliments from DH's extended family members and my grandma (who hadn't seen me since March).

    Man, what a week... I really am off kilter and struggling at this...

    Basically I was a less than ideal member and for that I apologize; to make a really looooong story short, I got sidetracked by stress and I am trying to "get over it".

    Week 7 weight = 148, -0.5#
