LOL LOL A pound of feathers "weighs the same" as a pound of lead. Feathers are fluffy. Lead is dense.
Fat is fluffy, muscle is dense.
If you weigh 220 with solid muscle you will look alot different than 220 with fat and no muscle0 -

When comparing equal weights... Muscle is denser (appears smaller) than Fat.

When comparing equal volumes (such as a cup or cubic inch) Muscle weighs more than Fat.
Not only are both statements TRUE... they PROVE each other.
One statement would not be true if the other were false.

If you can show me someone who says a pound of fat weighs less than a pound of muscle, then I would be very surprised. All you are arguing is how to express the concept that a given volume of fat weighs less than the same volume of muscle. And you sound very, very stupid when you try to compare pound vs. pound.0

Superman weighs 215 pounds and has roughly the same shoulder and frame that I have. According to research on the internet. I weigh 300 pounds and I have more fat then Superman. I also looked up body fat % and by the numbers I found on the internet and my own numbers I have proven that fat is 1.283% heavier then muscle. Now we can quit having this conversation! Superman and I have spoken!
