    I'm 5'4", and I have a larger build. SW: 200 lbs, CW: 178ish lbs, GW: 145 lbs

I chose 145 lbs because when I was 150 lbs, I liked how I looked, but still wanted to lose a bit more. I figure I'll reassess when I get there.

    5 '4.5" SW 165, CW 146.4 GW 125, but I will see once I reach 130-135. I was 140 pre-pregnancy 2000-2001, and it was good weight.

I am happy to announce today I am down 3lbs, water weight, since the pic in the khaki trousers
I workout 6 days a week for an hour to two hours each day, 3 days lifting heavy, 3 days cardio and HIIT. I also eat extremely healthy most of the time. I love my new body and don't want to ever go back.

I'm 5'3" 263 lbs. I set a year goal of 70 lbs.. but ultimately I want to get down to 115. I may stop before that if I'm happy with the way I look and feel =)
