I'm 5' 1 1/4" and started out at 135, down to between 125-126 but after reaching that goal, decided to try to lose about 5 more pounds. Still have too much tummy and leg fat.0

hi i am 5'4 and currently 182 lbs. my initial starting weight was when i was in labor with my son at 298lbs i started MFP on may 23rd at 240 lbs. today i am 182, my goal weight is to be 145 or whenever i look in the mirror and am happy with what i see.

I'll have to dig up some pictures, but i am 5'4, and I look my best around 130. I have some of me at this weight, but it's been like 15 years. I have to find them.0

I took my before pics, in jeans and a shirt and in bra/underwear. Hope to see a big difference.0 -
I'm still going back and forth. My original goal was 125-128, but sometimes I get discouraged (especially when Ive been plateauing for what seems like forever!) and I up it to 130-135. But I figure once I get down to my higher-end goal, I can evaluate how I feel and look, and decide if i want to try and lose another 5 pounds or so. But I think aiming for around 10 pounds below what is considered "overweight" for your height is a good start. After that, go with how you feel and look. Just make sure you're healthy!0

I am happy to announce today I am down 3lbs, water weight, since the pic in the khaki trousers
I workout 6 days a week for an hour to two hours each day, 3 days lifting heavy, 3 days cardio and HIIT. I also eat extremely healthy most of the time. I love my new body and don't want to ever go back.0 -
