I'm 5'4" and my goal weight is about 145 (my one swimsuit pic in my profile is at that weight). I have med to large bone structure, mildly hourglass figure. Weight looks diff't on everybody since we all have different structures and muscle mass, etc. Hope you find what works for you!

My starting weight was 185 lbs and so far I've lost 35 lbs. so I'm at 150 lbs. I'm 5'4"
I have two pics, one of them is for facial progress, the other is just an overall progress pic. Still planning on trying to get to 120 lbs

I was about 165 pounds when I decided to get serious about losing weight a year ago and my goal weight was 145 which was my prepregnancy weight. I hit my goal weight at the end of last summer but just with continuing to watch what I eat and sticking with exercise (I did Jillian Michaels 30ds and ri30 and am now going into my second month of Insanity) I'm now 132 pounds and I'm trying to hit the 130 mark!

Initially, my goal was 135 lbs, but with lifting and how things are going, I've adjusted it to 145. I think that would be more reasonable. As you get close to your goal, you can always modify it. And then set NEW fitness goals!

I'm 43 years old and 5'4, started off with 28% body fat Jan 2014. To date I have lost 10kg and went from 64kg to 54kg. I realised that if I wanted muscle, I would be weighing more. An currently toning and going from 4 fat sections to hopefully washboard abs by Aug next year when I turn 45 yrs.

    Starting weight : 211
    Current weight : 182

I started on Feb 15th, and am down 28lbs. My first goal was 30lbs by my 30th in Sept, but with my current progress I'm hoping to make it 50!

Hi ya, I don't have a before pic - I'm 5ft 4.5 inches at my heaviest I was about 13 stone/ 182 lbs, that was heavily pregnant! But I lost most through breast feeding then I stopped my weight started coming back a bit I was 9st 7lbs/ 133lb a few weeks ago and although I was healthy I felt that I looked pregnant and struggled to get into my jeans! So I started Slimfast and excersise my target is 9st / 126lb my main aim in inch loss though from my tummy! Since having two babies being enormous and two c sections I'm struggling x

How is slimfast working for you? Have you tried it before or just starting? I am thinking of trying it for a week and see whether that would help me lose the last few pounds that is hard to budge.
