I just completed D1 of the 30 Day Shred. I know that there are several 30 DS groups going. Is anyone else starting today?

Hi Kate! I have a Double Shredder group that is open (2 levels a day-3xs a week) until the end of the year! I will be continuing this week. Great job!0 -
I started today need to get in shape for my winter holiday at the end of January. I'm hoping this gets me through Christmas.0

I finished Day 28 this morning, just 2 days left. It is a great workout dvd. Personal belief that Level 2 is the hardest. Level 3 is a good workout but I got a better workout (more sweating) from Level 2.0

It's a 20 minute (okay almost 30 after warm-up and cool-down) workout dvd by Jillian Michael's. It has 3 Levels that you work your way thru and it gives you a really good total body workout with cardio, strength training and tones of toning.0 -

Yoga Meltdown for the A.M. M-F
P.M. workouts:
Tue: 6 week, 6 pack
Wed: 30 day shred (at least 2 levels worth)
Thur: Killer Buns & Thighs
Fri: Metabolism boost
Sat: 6week, 6pack & killer buns & thighs
Sun: Full hour of yoga (meltdown OR P90X)0
