Oh hey. I think I can remember my mileage to date. I'm doing a mini indoor Tri in Janurary. (500 yrd swim, 6 mile ride, 2 mile run)
This should help me get ready for that. This will be my first foray into Triathlon.
As of Today:
Run: 11 miles
Bike: 1 mile
Swim: 1000 yrds (4224 yrds is 2.4 miles)
My bike has a busted shifter and I don't plan getting it fixed till after Christmas. I may fall well short on that goal, but the other two should be makeable.0 -
Week 1 has not been exactly epic in the mile department, however, the training i have done has been quality, im going to punch out some mile over then next week. Its works Christmas dinner tomorrow, depending how much is on my plate, ill try swimming, but it maybe a late night hour on exercise bike lol
