    12/9: 4,250 yard (2.414 mile) swim! That's a distance personal best, and meets another goal I had set for myself, namely doing a full 2.4-mile swim in one session. It took 1 hr 45 minutes, but I DID IT!

    Running/ Walking 4.0 miles
    Biking 34.25 miles
    Swimming 5.48 miles

    My goals are:
    Running/ Walking 29.5 miles (+- 8 hours)
    Biking 72 miles (+- 6 hours)

    last week of semester + finals week = killing me :ohwell:

    Clearly, I'm slacking on walking and even worse on swimming...

    December goals:
    Swim 2.4 miles (need to get back in the pool....),
    Bike more than 120 miles
    Walk at least 26.2 miles

    So far: (Where's the sweating smiley?) :huh:

    On the bike trainer:
    12/1 - 60 minutes - 13.42 miles
    12/2 - 30 minutes - 7.61 miles
    12/3 - 60 minutes - 14.58 miles
    12/5 - 30 minutes - 6.42 miles (much higher resistance because had to use a different trainer)
    12/7 - 30 minutes - 7.33 miles (so glad my trainer is repaired!)
    12/8 - 30 minutes - 8.12 miles (pushed myself)
    12/9 - 35 minutes - 9.80 miles (pushed myself a bit more)
    12/9 - 40 minutes - 11.16 miles (pushed myself a little bit more)
    Total so far: 78.44 miles

    On my feet (walking):
    12/1 - 21:42 minutes - 1.03 miles
    12/2 - 20:20 minutes - 1.01 miles
    12/6 - 12:00 minutes - 0.59 miles
    12/7 - 11:45 minutes - 0.59 miles
    12/7 - 9:42 minutes - 0.62 miles
    Total so far: 3.84 miles

    11/12/11 - 9 miles run. Great run, so happy. Really feeling a difference.

    I am going to swimming Tuesday and Friday come hell or high water. It is my priority this week.

    PS Loving this challenge!

    8/12 Biked 10 miles (33 mins, 5 seconds)
    [9/12 Bodypump class - doesn't count for challenge. 10/12 Rest day]
    11/12 Biked 10 miles (32 mins, 24 seconds)

    Totals so far:

    Swim - 0 miles/2.4 miles left [I should point out that I've always intended to do the bulk of the swimming when I'm home for Christmas]
    Bike - 56.67 miles/55.33 miles left- Over half way!!
    Ran - 6.32 miles/19.88 miles left

    I love the idea of this challenge. I would like to jump in if you all don't mind.

    I log all of my swim/bike/run activities at home so i will add my data later tonight. I am a triathlete so I imagine I might need to abbreviate my goals next month but for now I will keep it at the standard 140.6 distance.

    I log all of my swim/bike/run activities at home so i will add my data later tonight. I am a triathlete so I imagine I might need to abbreviate my goals next month but for now I will keep it at the standard 140.6 distance.

    Last opportunity to hit the water until the pool reopens after the university's winter break in January. Will start knocking out the biking miles before the fitness center shuts down first of next week!
