Here's hoping that I find this challenge again for January! I love this! I created a challenge for a group I am in for each of us to do an Ironman equivalent over the month... amazing how quickly people finished it up! I like how you all are keeping track of time too... 11/12/19 - was supposed to do a swim/run, but partner cancelled and I wimped out. I did make it to the gym for and did get in a 6 mile bike ride. And swimming is over until the new year. Uh-oh. I am really not hitting any targets this month.

Not sure when I did the following (but sometime over the last week or so, so...) (also, I've noticed that it takes me twice as long to cover the same distance on the cross trainer as running, so I'm going to double my cross trainer distances. Kinda cheating I know, but with the ankle I can't really risk running - distances below are already doubled):
Cross trainer:
5.15 miles - 54 minutes 6 seconds
2.86 miles - 29 minutes 10 seconds
1.24 miles - 12 minutes 26 seconds
Bike
12.43 miles - 39 minutes 45 seconds
13.04 miles - 35 miles 16 seconds

My plan for the rest of the month is to get in the pool! I've calculated that I need to swim just under 200 laps, which I'll split into 4 50 lap chunks. The pool is closed Sunday and Monday (Christmas day & Boxing day), so hoping to get in tomorrow for 50, Tuesday and Wednesday for 50 and Friday for 50.
I need to do another 7.71 km (with my weird dividing in half thing), which means over 1 km for the next week. I can do it!0 -
