    Yes thank you! Stupid question...what are reverse push ups? Did you get that stomach just from crunches or did you try any other sorts of strength training? Seeing your photo gives me hope!

    You can do them on the floor or using a bench. I do them on the floor. Sit on the floor, keep your feet on your heels and place your hands flat on the floor, fingers facing forward, just at or behind your shoulders. Lift your butt well off the ground. Bend and straighten your arms like in a push up, being sure to stay pulled up out of your shoulders.
