Please don't tell me there are still people who think that there is actually blood in a commercially sold piece of beef. People, there is NO BLOOD in your steak. The pink is myoglobin, not hemoglobin. You can eat your meat however you want obviously, but please don't say it's because of blood.0

Well well done.
Any sign of pinkness, it's getting sent back.0 -
super duper rare. I've only sent a steak (for being undercooked) once and that was because only one side was seared (I wanted to keep it, but my dining mates were appalled)
I hate anything past medium.
Well-done and steak sauce are for people who secretly hate the taste of steak0 -

It may not be blood, but it looks like it is......good enough for me. :laugh:0 -

Also try kibbeh or frakke. Here's a good kibbeh recipe: http://www.dedemed.com/mediterranean/kibbeh-nayi-recipe-raw-lebanese-beef-tartar just be sure you don't buy hamburger, get your meat from a meat market and tell the butcher you'll be eating it raw.0 -

I was the one appointed to get everyone's order of how they like their steak cooked. You want to know what most people said???? WELL DONE! OMG! Why ruin a steak by cooking it to death? I like mine RARE baby! Sear that sucker on both sides and let it rip! LOL
