6-pack abs on women?

Something in between flat and a six pack! Maybe a 2 or 4 pack. haha
I don't like super-lean abs where you can see each of the individual abdominal muscles. But, I don't want a skinny, flat, shapeless stomach either. So yeah... something in between - nice muscles, but with a layer of fat to keep me looking softer and more feminine.0 -
As long as it isn't a flabby/fat pooch, I'd be cool with it.0

I like to have abs that show... not extremely though.. a flat tummy with smooth visible abs is very sexy to me :-) on men I like to see very ripped abs... like you run your hand down and can feel the definition from one to another...0

I like 6 packs! but then again maybe I'm biased.. I always had one growing up because I was into so many sports.. The girls in gym class used to tell me they were jealous. My stomach just looks flat now if I'm just standing, but if i flex the muscles at all there is definitely a 6 pack going on. I just think it's part of being strong!0

I think its cool as hell.0

this may not be true and i don't claim that it is but i was told that because of the female physique 6-pack abs are only possible with hormone inhancement due to the stucture of the female abdomen muscles. sure to get some return fire on this one.0

I'd love just to have flat ab's, a 6-pack would be just a bonus...0

Not true.0 -
I think 6 pack abs on a women is very sexy, but a fit and confident woman is just as good as six pack abs.0

Definitely not true. I've seen far too many 6-packs on women, even on this site. A few I know for sure don't do anything other than diet and exercise!!!0 -
I would love to have a 6 pack, but my goal is a flat tummy and if I get there than I will try for the 6 pack!0

I have a 4 pack right now, it's light but it's there and I like it
I like how your tummy looks in your ticker. That makes me jealous...but I really just want a flat tummy. I want more kids more than a 6 pack and those seem counter productive.0 -

Either or is fine with me0

6-pack definitely. I don't really care if I have them but I think they are sexy on everyone.0

Not a woman, but I think a six pack can look great on some women, whilst a flat stomach looks great on other women. Neither is more/less attractive or more/less feminine, in my opinion.0

All I want for Christmas is 6-pack abs. Right now I'm 2 short. I've got a 4 pack.0

I'd never want a 6-pack. I don't like that on women. I don't find it feminine in any way. Right now I just want to get rid of this mini-keg.0

I like having a flat tummy better. I think 6 packs look great on a lot of women (& men), but no, it's definitely not what I have (or want) on myself. (Which is good, because although I like having the muscles, I'd have to be much more careful with food than I am interested in being, in order to get my body fat low enough to show a 6-pack! LOL)
Body percentage needs to be so low to have the abs so visible, in what I've seen, it's just not the look I happen to prefer. FWIW, I like a little higher fat percentage on men, too. DH is strong, and I love his big muscles, but I love that there's enough fat that you can't really see his stomach muscles unless he's doing something really showing them. KWIM?0 -
I want a 6 pack and don't give 2 sh!ts about whether anyone else thinks it's sexy or not.
This is the best way to look at it,because what some like others wont. You gotta do whats best for you and not worry what others think.0 -
My wife has a 6 pack but wants a softer flat stomach. I obviously would like the six pack but it'll take a while to turn my keg into a six pac0

This, definitely. I would love a 6 pack, but it's probably so far off that I will settle for no flab.

^^ couldn't agree more!
I think that difference of opinion and goal is awesome here, so much diversity!
But to put down women who want abs because it is "not feminine in any way, unattractive, or unhealthy" is a bit harsh IMO
No need to put down anyone's goals0 -
I'd like just a bit more definition than I have now. But to be honest, I love eating I love eating what I love to eat, and not being quite so strict.
I want your abs.0 -
strong is the new sexy! definitely love to see the definition!0

I have my baby 4 pack right now but I want to go all the way and get a 6 pack! Love me some lady abs! :laugh:0
