    Goals for 2012

Stay focused and deliberate with my fitness goals.
Stop thinking about hiking down the Grand Canyon and start to prepare to do it!

BTW, all the posts above inspire me! You're awesome people.

Hiking down the Grand Canyon is one of the adventure trips that we are considering. Good luck!

I did that when I was only 21 and in great shape and still was very sore afterwards! Would love to be able to do it again in my late 40's!

I want to finish the regular schedule of TurboFire with my knees still intact! I'm almost 42, so this could be a tall order.

I also want to add more walking and/or running, but once again, that will depend on my knees. Following what my body tells me to do and what my brain tells me to do are sometimes two different things.

My goal is to see 56 kg on the scales before i turn 56 years young ...LOL .... I do want to be back to the real me in the range between 56 and 60 permanently and END this horrible yo-yo thing, I have 11 months to get to that goal but I am aiming for a much faster result than that really. Anyway I need to increase my fitness levels and .. oh yea and Clean out some junk Ha Ha I have stuff stored here that belongs to my grown up and left home kids, plus my own junk. And I want to sell our holiday house up the coast , we hardly ever get up there , Oh yea and convince my husband to take time off work for a longer holiday rather than just a the odd quick break.

Mine are going to be silly ones since I've only just started this this month but:

    1) To be more confident (not just being confident about how I look but confidence in general since I lack it).
    2) Get a full time job and stick with it instead of giving up when I feel bullied by management.
    3) Lose 20kg/44lbs
    and last but not least...
    4) Strength train at least once a week, no point being a weakling if I plan to stand up for myself more.
