    I think its great getting over 10,000 with regular daily things. That's staying active!

    I count all of my steps from when I get up in the mronmg to when I go to bed at night. For me its about staying active. It motivates me to park a bit further away, return a carriage all the way back to the door .

    This is what I do also, my aim is for 10 k steps a day or a bit more to make 4 miles a day.

    I'd like to join for February.

    I found my old step counter was like that - smaller step were never counted :( When it broke, I bought an electronice one that does seem to capture those steps so my counts are higher in the past month.

    I count all of my steps from when I get up in the morning to when I go to bed at night. For me its about staying active. It motivates me to park a bit further away, return a carriage all the way back to the door .


    This is what I do also, my aim is for 10 k steps a day or a bit more to make 4 miles a day.

    I'd like to join for February.

    Late starter but I am in - my husband gave me a little pedometer last week in support of my mission to get back in shape - used for the first time yesterday - 9868 logged! :tongue: ...from 11 am to 9 pm (wow - wonder if 10,000 would have been broken if the house cleaning had been on there too!)
