3 pounds! But I also have to deal with my period and stress of the holidays. BUT I am sure it will go away in no time flat :)

I gained four pounds back and I am glad that it was only that. I really went over board. Like a lot of others said, I wanted to have a good time with family and was prepared for it. I just will work that much harder to lose it fast.
  • weigh day is sunday mornings. I'd been a bit naughty last week and actually glad I'd stayed the same Christmas morning. Going gym tomorrow but not sure if i should weigh this Sunday. Would be the first week I haven't though. Dreading it!
Have had over 2000 cals for 3 days running.
  • Guess we'll see on Saturday if I gained, maintained or lost. :0)

    Yep Yep I totally agree!!!
  • Lost 0.6 pounds since Thursday, and that includes my family's 3-pounds-of-cream-cheese cheesecake! I told myself ahead of time that I should eat what I want over the weekend and not stress about it, but I just wasn't hungry enough to gorge the way I used to. I guess my stomach's getting smaller? :P

that's the way i've been.....so not complaining though. i actually had to STOP eating yesterday, take some asprin and lay down for a couple of hours cause of a migrane lol

0 - on the gain scale. Past thoughts are your enemy. Future hopes and wishes are your enemy. What you do right now is the key to all success.

    Not sure. Hopefully none!

I weigh on Fridays so I'll find out them. So far I'm on track, 1-2 lbs a week!
  • I gained 1.5 but back on track.

I really haven't eaten much this Christmas. It's been quite a sad one really...few family members missing that died in 2011 unfortunately, so nobody really felt like eating. I guess if I have gained anything it's more to do with natural fluctuations.

    nothing. Stayed the same somehow!
  • I lost three pounds... only because I got my wisdom teeth removed and I couldn't eat anything. A blessing and a curse all the same.
  • hahah I love it!!

I gained 2. I weighed myself right before the weekend started and then this morning. For just one weekend, I gained 2 pounds. Time to get back into the correct swing of things.

It's been two weeks since I've weighed. My husband dared me to step on the scale this morning. I've actually lost 2 pounds! I definitely did not eat good during the holidays so I may have lost and then gained...who knows? He lost 3. We were both pretty happy!

You are more than welcome. I lost my dad in 2009, and the first Christmas after that was so hard. I still miss him terribly, but it does get better with time. I hope it gets better for you too.

I felt like I gained a bit but the scales say I stayed the same which is a miracle because I sure ate and drank ALOT!
