    In! This is perfect because my 25th birthday is the end of March. Would love to start my 25th year off right.

    CW: 160 (haven't weighed myself since mid-December, so it's probably up a few pounds from the holiday)
    GW: 145
    90 day goal: Down to 150. That's a little less than a pound a week. I'm really not great at controlling my food intake (especially at social events, restaurants, happy hours), so I want to work on that. But also I really want to focus on working out and trying new videos, classes, routines, so I make it a habit and don't get bored.
    I have before photos saved on here (from this summer at about 167), so I can use those.

    Excited for this challenge! The hardest part for me will be to stay motivated, especially after I have a bad day or two, so I'll need yalls help. Good luck and Happy New Year!

    If i can lose a little more, that would be awesome! However, what I'd like to accomplish in 90 days is to be more accountable for my calorie intake. I want to make exercise as routine to me as breathing in air. I want my efforts to show on me when I put on clothes, so I look healthier. So this 90 day challenge is just the beginning to a new me. I could use some freind support if anyone wants to add me.

    What you would like to accomplish in 90 day. I would like to work out five times a week, eat more veggies and fresh food, less processed, reach my water goals each day and feel better about myself. Losing one pound a week would be ideal.

    I would like to workout 5-6x/week, lose 30 pounds, continue with clean eating and tracking at least 6 days a week.
